January 23, 2015 by Chris VandiverSuzuki-ya's #4000 stone is one of the best stones I have ever used. Exceptionally nice feedback and quite smooth feeling in use. Leaves a very fine and uniform scratch pattern. Easy to use the whole stone. Very dish resistant and amazingly fast cutting!. I highly recommend this stone.
