Custom or Special Orders
On custom or special orders from our toolmakers, we require a 50% non-refundable payment in advance. To help insure accuracy and customer satisfaction in these cases, an "order confirmation" will be sent to be reviewed by each customer prior to the first billing.
A cookie is a small data file stored on your computer's hard drive that contains information relating to your visit to our site, such as currency selection and shopping cart contents. When you leave and then return to our site, this information is recalled to speed up and improve the shopping experience. For example, if there was an interruption while browsing the Internet, your shopping cart selections would still be available, in the currency you had selected, the next time you connected to our site.
Once you have placed an order, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped from our toolmakers. We use outside delivery services to ship orders and a credit card processing company (Paypal) to bill customers for goods and services. Please be aware that at Suzuki-ya/suzukitool.com we assume all sales to be final, and that all returns of unused, undamaged products will incur a 50% restocking fee (plus shipping) to be paid by the customer. Prior to placing an order, we encourage potential customers to contact us and take advantage of our knowledgeable representatives who can help insure that you make an informed purchase.
Should a return of any item become necessary, please be careful to save all of the original packaging. Failure to return items in their original packaging may result in an additional fee of up to 15% of the purchase price of any returned merchandise. Any damage to merchandise incurred during return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please be aware that no returns will be accepted without first obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by contacting a Suzuki-ya/suzukitool.com representative. Please note that receipt of an RMN number does not imply acceptance of liability on the part of Suzuki-ya/suzukitool.com.
