I’ve had my Ohuchi umeki dovetail chisel for a little over 6 months. Very well made. I’ve used this chisel to cut dovetails and other joints. The cutting edge is the best I’ve seen. Never had any problems with it. I just made a wall cabinet from white oak, this chisel preformed marvelously. Stays sharp a long while. For me it is definitely worth the price. I will be adding more Ohuchi chisels in the near future.
