Yamamoto Block Planes / Ko-ganna (Mame-hira-ganna)
Japanese block planes are called Mame-hira-ganna in the Eastern part of Japan and Ko-ganna in the Western part of Japan.
We recommend Oi-masame. Please let us know if you would like Masame.
We can accommodate any bedding angle for a Hira-ganna / smoothing plane. If it's steeper than 40 degrees, an additional charge will be required. Please contact us for more details.
