PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand and the amount of time it takes to custom-make each Keizaburo plane by hand, the current wait time is approximately one year between order and delivery.

We can accomodate any bedding angles for a Hira-ganna / smoothing plane. If it's steeper than 40 degrees, an additional charge will be required. Please contact us for more details.

Hello.
If you want a kanna of superb quality, Keizaburo works won't disappoint you. This is the best plane I have ever had, I couldn't imagine such a smooth surface until I planed some wood with this marvellous kanna. I have to thank a lot Sayuri-san her fantastic advice to buy this plane and to make me understand the features about it. I love to be able to customise my Keizaburo hira-kanna so I can get the best of it to satisfy my needs. I can recommend this purchase definitely.
