Keizaburo Block Planes / Ko-ganna (Mame-hira-ganna)
Japanese block planes are called "Mame-hira-ganna" in the Eastern part of Japan and "Ko-ganna" in the Western part of Japan.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to high demand and the amount of time it takes to custom-make each Keizaburo plane by hand, the current wait time is approximately one year between order and delivery.
We recommend Oi-masame. Please let us know if you would like Masame.
We can accomodate any bedding angle for a Ko-ganna (Mame-hira-ganna) / block plane. If it's steeper than 40 degrees, an additional charge will be required. Please contact us for more details.
